**How to Download the IMS Companion App**
-------------------------------------------------------------

1. Log into the IMS-OS on your Android device
2. Use the "Three Bar Menu" button to access the Navigation Bar
3. On the Navigation Bar, click the "Mobile App" tab
4. Click on the words "IMS Mobile Latest" in the grey box
5. The App should start to download automatically.
6. Once completed a pop-up would say File Downloaded

**How to Install the IMS Companion App**

1. After the download is completed, go to the "My Files/Files" folder on your device
2. Go into the Downloads folder to find the file
3. Click on the file and click the Install button
4. Once the App has finished install, click the Open button.

**How to Update the IMS Companion App**
-------------------------------------

1. Once there has been an update, Log into the IMS-OS 
2. Click the "Mobile App" tab
3. Click on the words "IMS Mobile Latest" in the grey box
4. The App should start to download automatically
5. Once completed a pop-up would say File Downloaded.
6. Once downloaded, click open on the new file, it should ask you to update the IMS-OS App.
7. When the update is completed, click the Open button.

**How to Log into the IMS Companion App**

1. Click the IMS Mobile App Icon 
2. To Login:

    - Enter your username (same as which you use to access the company site)
    - Enter your password (same as which you use to access the company site)
    - Enter your company code which is the first three letters used in your company’s site

3. Once all three fields above are filled out click the Login button 
4. Once your login is successful, the Dashboard will be displayed.

**How to Logout of the IMS Companion App**
-------------------------------------------------------------

1. Click the Menu button in the left-hand corner 
2. When the Navigation Bar is displayed click the Logout tab
3. The user will be automatically logged out and the Login screen will be displayed
